The European Central Bank has left interest rates unchangedat 1% , as expected.
In other Eurozone news – The Financial Times is reporting that a deal has been reached in Athens over the outstanding issues around the Greek bailout agreement.
This is expected to bolster the Euro currency.
In the UK the Bank of England’s Monetary Policy Committee kept their interest rate at 0.5%
