PTSB have lowered the rate on their variable rate mortgage from 4.6% to 3.69%.
The new lower rate is only available to home buyers looking for a mortgage which is less than 80% than the value of the house.
But the PTSB rate for mortgages with an LTV over 80% have risen from 4.6% to 5.19%
