NIB To Close all Branches

National Irish Bank has announced plans to close all of it’s 27 branches and cut more than 100 jobs .
The closures are expected before the end of 2012 and  customers will be served through nine ‘personal banking centres’ as they try to shift  customer behaviour to telephone and on-line banking.

As part of the arrangement, NIB and Northern Bank will be rebranded as Danske Bank by the end of this year.
