Christmas Double Week

This Christmas Bonus should not be confused with the “double week” of welfare and pension payments that are paid just before Christmas. This double week happens because of bank and post office closures and it is followed by a week with no payments. The 2020 double week is expected to be the week commencing December 14th 2020 .
