Insolvency Applications Can be Made From Sept 9th

The Insolvency Service of Ireland (ISI)   finally began accepting applications from  Monday the 9th of September 2013.  Only authorised Personal Insolvency Practitioners (PIPS) and Approved Intermediaries will be able to make applications .  Individuals need to apply through these third parties .
