EBS latest lender to scrap Tracker Mortgages
Recently BOI and AIB withdrew tracker mortgages – now EBS have followed suit and will stop offering trackers to new customers. NIB , Halifax and Bank of Scotland (Ireland) are the only lenders where new customers can get trackers. Halifax are still offering to contribute towards legal fees.

AIB no longer doing tracker Mortgages.
Following yesterdays article about lenders offering tracker mortgages – another Irish bank has pulled the plug on trackers. AIB (Allied Irish) said they will no longer be offering tracker mortgages to new customers. That leaves NIB, EBS, Halifax and Bank of Scotland left offering trackers.
