This week Bank of Ireland deactivated all their customers’s Laser cards as they completed the roll out of Visa Debit cards .
All BOI customers should have been sent new Visa Debit cards – but a few cutomers appear to have not received them – possibly because of changes of address .
BOI said that any customers whose Laser card was no longer working and who had not received their new Visa Debit card should contact their local branch or the bank’s Banking 365 phone and online service.
