Kildare Unfinished Estates with a Household Charge Waiver

This is the list of the unfinished estates in County Kildare that qualify for a waiver on the Household Charge. Not all unfinshed estates are shown – just those where the houses will not have to pay the 2012 Household Charge.
Note : – owners of homes on these estates are still supposed to register for the Household charge and claim the waiver for 2012.

Can you tell me if my estate (millfield manor newbridge) is in the unfinished estates list there is 15 houses and only 3 houses there are people living in them and there is a dump in front of our houses and no light and unfinished roads.

My housing estate , primrose gardens, isn’t listed above. Who do I contact regarding this omission?
Is there a reason why it is’nt on the List it should and if you dont know why come down and have a look at the estate.
if you seen the irish independent (the weekend review part) on saturday 11/02/2012 you will see why i thing my estate should be on the list.
Could someone pls tell me how this list of unfinished estates is determined? I too live in Primrose Gardens, is there someone i can contact about its exclusion.
The list is set in stone for 2012 – no appeals or anything like that.
Hi, I contacted Kildare Co Council re repairs to Water mains outside my House, Kildare Co Council claim the eatate is still under the management of the Builder ( Mc Kenna Builders)Is this Estate College Wood Manor excempt from Household Charges ?
Joe – if it’s not on the lsit – then ity won’t be added to the list. The government have decided which estates are on the lists – and are not adding or removing any until 2013.
