This is a list of the Category 3 and 4  unfinished estates in Co Donegal . Owners of homes in these estates will be able to claim a waiver of the Household Charge in 2012.

Category 3 unfinished are where  a receiver has notbeen appointed and the developer is still in place but is effectively inactive;

Category 4 unfinished estates -  are where  the development has been effectively abandoned and is posing serious problems for residents.

Note : – owners  of homes on these estates are still supposed to  register for the  Household charge and claim the waiver for 2012.
